Terms of use — Musaed
This is an operational Pilot document, not final legal advice. Liability, jurisdiction, pricing, SLA, and subprocessors require approval before production.
Acceptance and scope
By using the dashboard, widget, or API, the user confirms authority to represent the organization and acknowledges the displayed terms and privacy policy. Musaed is a SaaS service for conversations, knowledge, human support, and enabled AI features; features vary by environment, plan, and agreement.
Accounts and organizations
Registration details must be accurate and credentials protected. The organization owner is responsible for members, content, lawful processing of visitor data, and notices. Sharing sessions, using another member’s account, or bypassing tenant isolation is prohibited.
Acceptable use
Unlawful or fraudulent activity, malware, SSRF or network bypasses, content without rights, unsupported sensitive-data collection, unauthorized penetration testing, secret or cross-tenant extraction, and high-impact automated decisions without appropriate review are prohibited. Access may be suspended for a security risk or violation with a recorded reason.
Content and data
The organization retains rights in its content and grants Musaed a limited license to store, process, and deliver the service. The organization is responsible for knowledge accuracy, rights, notices, and deletion/retention instructions. Data is not used to train a general model without a separate basis.
AI and human support
AI is assistive and may be wrong; it must not be the sole basis of a sensitive decision. It may decline to answer or hand off to a human. The organization is responsible for settings and staff messages. AI subprocessors and regions require contractual approval before production.
Retention and requests
Privacy policy PRIVACY-PILOT-AR-0.1 applies. Live ACCESS exports default to seven days with a 25 MiB technical limit; the worker then deletes the live object and records evidence. Live deletion is not deletion from backups or WAL, and this release does not promise RPO/RTO or off-host DR.
Availability and termination
The service is experimental in Pilot and has no final SLA or RPO/RTO. Access may be suspended for security or policy reasons. After termination, approved retention periods apply, including required compliance evidence.
Ownership and open approvals
Musaed’s brand, code, and service remain owned by their respective owners. Liability, indemnity, jurisdiction, governing law, data-processing terms, and subprocessors remain open for legal and commercial approval.
